Drsell (drsell.szchada.top) is a Shopify embedded app that provides merchants with membership management, multi-store operations, and an AI customer-service chat widget. 2. Data We Collect

After you install and authorize the app, we collect the following via the Shopify API:

• Shop information: shop domain, shop name, and other basic identifiers;
• Products and orders: product and order details needed for membership operations and customer-service conversations;
• Customer identifiers: customer IDs, names, and contact details needed to recognize members and route conversations;
• App settings: knowledge base entries, chat widget appearance, and other configuration you set in the app;
• Conversation logs: messages sent by visitors through the chat widget and the replies generated for them.

3. How We Use Data

• To provide the membership and multi-store management features of the app;
• To power the AI customer-service chat: visitor messages and conversation context are processed through our AI gateway, and replies are generated by our model provider, DeepSeek;
• To monitor and improve service quality (aggregated statistics only, no individual profiling).

We do not sell your data or use it for any purpose unrelated to providing the service.

4. Storage and Retention

Data is stored on our servers in a PostgreSQL database. We retain it for as long as the app remains installed on your store. When you uninstall the app, or when a deletion request is received through the GDPR compliance process described below, the corresponding data is deleted.

5. Mandatory Shopify Compliance Webhooks

We honor the webhooks required by Shopify at the endpoint https://drsell.szchada.top/webhook, and respond within the deadlines Shopify specifies:

• customers/data_request: a merchant receives a data access request from an end customer;
• customers/redact: a merchant receives a data deletion request from an end customer;
• shop/redact: Shopify requests full shop data deletion after the app is uninstalled or the store is closed.

To access, correct, or delete data relating to you, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “last updated” date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

• 驱动 AI 智能客服：访客提问与会话上下文会经我们的 AI 网关处理，由模型服务商 DeepSeek 生成回复；
• 改进服务稳定性与质量（聚合统计，不涉及对个人身份的画像）。

我们不会出售您的数据，也不会将其用于与提供服务无关的目的。

4. 存储与保留

上述数据存储于我们的服务器（PostgreSQL 数据库）。在应用保持安装状态期间，我们会保留这些数据； 当您卸载应用，或依据下述 GDPR 合规流程提出删除请求时，相应数据将被删除。

5. Shopify 强制合规 Webhook

我们支持并遵守 Shopify 强制的合规 Webhook，接收端点为 https://drsell.szchada.top/webhook，并在 Shopify 规定的时限内响应：

• customers/data_request：商家收到终端客户的数据访问请求；
• customers/redact：商家收到终端客户的数据删除请求；
• shop/redact：店铺卸载应用或关闭后，Shopify 发起的全店数据删除请求。
